Terms of Service

Printed Works provides custom printing services, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, and other promotional items. As an educational enterprise, our primary goal is to provide students with real-world business experience. While we strive for professional quality, please understand that our operations are part of a learning process.

Currently, user accounts are not required to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your order, including contact details, design specifications, and shipping information. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to submit any content that is offensive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

All orders are submitted through our official order form. Upon submission, we will review your request and provide a quote and an estimated timeline. Production will begin only after you have approved the final design proof and quote.

Timelines are estimates and may be affected by school schedules, holidays, and student availability. We will communicate any significant delays to you.

Payment is due upon approval of the final quote. We accept payments through methods specified in the invoice. All sales are final. As a student-run educational program, we generally cannot offer refunds. However, if there is a significant defect in your order caused by our error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or credit.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials you submit to us for printing. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Printed Works, SpyderLab, and Diamond Bar High School from any claims arising from the unauthorized use of such materials.

We retain the right to use images of the products we create for you in our promotional materials, portfolio, and social media, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printed Works and its affiliated entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order in question.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, especially if it violates our content guidelines or these Terms. If we cancel an order for which you have already paid, we will issue a full refund.
